"Smooth by Santana and Rob Thomas.. i love the song and the video, it's very summery. Also like "Drops of Jupiter by Train. And pretty much any video by Will Smith at the moment..

Fav music video?
What is your favourite video for a song? Mine has to be "Into The Great Wide Open" - Tom Petty. It stars Johnny Depp (which is always a good thing 
) as a young lad who goes to Hollywood, becomes the "Rock Star of the Moment" then 'cos he lets success go to his head he loses everything. Great song too
I also love "Cryin" & "Crazy" - Aerosmith 'cos I remember seeing them for the first time and thinking "I want to see these movies. What great chick flicks"

clsoe to me by the cure, tis my fave song ever and the idea of being in a wardrobe falling off a cliff is cool. oh and i have to mention all the bangles videos so i can eye up susanna, in your room she looks mighty fine ni a short skirt.

Thriller by Michael Jackson - mainly cos it great when it came out and we did our own version at college. Unfortunatly (or maybe thankfully!!!) dont have a copy

Oh, I love the Tenacious D vid for "Tribute" Too!! It's quite amusing, I love the bit where it goes:

I do quite like the Chili Peppers new one - "By the Way"!! That always brings a smile to me face!!
And I love the "Where the wild roses grow" video - Nick cave and the bad seeds, featuring Kylie Minogue!! I think it's really beautiful in an odd way!!
Speaking of the pint sized princess of pop!! I like her "Love at first site video" purley for the chesse factor!! hehe!!

Nick Cave / Kylie was a good one - v chilling - and I also got captivated by 'The Lucky One' by Alison Krauss + Union Station when I saw it at the end of TOTP2 while I was at work one day - dunno why, it's nothing special but it caught a mood beautifully and I loved the way the singer and the guy she was following moved through the other people as if they were in on a joke that no-one else could see.
But I'm sorry, if you want classic videos you have to think early 80s. The Human League's 'Don't You Want Me', with its cheesy movie script storyline with the twist in the end. Just about anything by Madness or Adam and the Ants. And the best of them all? A-ha's 'Take on Me' - is there anyone here who wasn't on the edge of their seat willing Morten Harket to break out of the comic book and into real life? And didn't he look fine when he eventually did? It'll never be bettered...
