Wow, great delts there SPIKE you must really be stacking the plates on to get that sort of mass.
I work out, usually about 3 or 4 times a week, but I've taken the summer off to let some persistant injuries from other "pursuits" heal up. One day I hope to get a physique just like you have in that picture
