T21 World Cup 3!!!!!!!
Due to poplular demand, its time for the next in our series of scifi/cult quiz competitions.
This will commence Monday 14th October, with rounds on the wednesday and friday. The final will be on the following Sunday or Monday.
Sign up below, giving indications of which days you can/cant make. And like last time, if you dont know what its all about and want to try it out, catch me in chat some time.

Wobag your dates up top are wrong and it is confusing me, by Monday 12th do you mean Monday 14th?
P.S slight problems with my Mum being annoyed about the phoneline being tied up mean that there is a slight possibility that I won't be able to make it. If not then I will let you know as soon as possible but if there are no further updates from me then please assume that I am in, Thanks.
Edit: can't wait until I get broadband and these problems are a thing of the past

Hurrrrm...I just test ran the applet and uh...well it didn't run 
It looks like I can't connect full stop, so unless there's a tech way around it I have to withdraw. So Yvonne can now be 2nd

Found out that jIRC does work on my machine after all (thanks Wo) so I will be in the rounds
Probably still get beaten badly mind
Edit: due to Alan's mum also complaining about phone lines and his lack of a second one HE may not be able to come, although I can't see my parents having any problem with him using my computer so this lengthy edit may just be a load of useless shite

spikeo, what happened exaclty, did you ok the jirc aplet securtiy thing? could it be that the security is set so high it doesnt even ask?
Posted: 19:07 Oct 14 2002 Accepted the applet, screen appeared as per, would not/could not connect to the server. I had the same story when trying to use IRC; can't use Kazaa, WinMX etc either at the mo - methinks anything that requires ma comp to act as a server (of sorts) isn't allowed through
