I'm getting married in the morning...

Well, strictly speaking the afternoon as it's at 12! I'll see you all when I'm back from honeymoon in a week's time!

So; White Hart is now well and truly hitched. In case anyone was worried, the entire day went past without anything going wrong. I doubt she'll get a chance to let you know for a fortnight, and I'd hate to leave you in suspense.

There was a slight threat of unpleasantness when the pot from the Best Man's Speech Sweepstake went to one of the organisers, but I was sat next to the timekeeper and can confirm that it was all above board. Unless of course she managed to arrange the best man's speech to be timed to within ten seconds, in which case more power too her.

As the Prophet says, it all went off about as close to perfection as it could be, and we have just got back from a wonderful week in Ireland. The day was fantastic, and depite having 3 hours' sleep I was up and boogying until past midnight (moshing to Nirvana in my wedding dress and trainers is one of the clearer memories from the evening!), then off on honeymoon for a week of Guinness, good food and enjoying our own company.

So, now I'm back and happily married at home with hubby

Anyway, once I get the photos online I'll post the address for anyone who fancies a goggle!
