Yeah its well annoying when peopel park across drive ways, jsut sit in your car and keep tooting the horn really loud.

Gah!
Writing this because I have nothing better to do while I wait til I can go to school. I can't go to school because some moronic, tacky BMW driver has gone and parked their pile of tackiness outside our house so we can't drive out. Can't go through the ford coz it's flooded and we have no idea when they'll be back. Argh! (no offence to BMW drivers, this one is just really tacky, most are nice 
)

That might work if they were still in the car, but not if they've parked up and gone..
I'd be tempted to call the police station and ask them to remove an "obstruction"
I'm sure if you explain that you really need to get out but can't cos this moron blocked the driveway they'd help

Ok here's some possible courses of action, in order of legality.
1. Call Police and report them for blocking an entrance way, and get the car towed.
2. Wheel Clamp and then charge them to remove it.
3. If your car bumpers are big enough just drive into them and 'gently' push the car out of the way. I've had to do this when someone blocked me in on a carpark.
4. Start a small fire in a dustbin on your drive, car fire brigade, they will then smash/move the car out of the way to get to the fire.
Disclaimer: These should not be attempted by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
PS: If you see a big jeep in a car park Don't block it in. my bumpers are bigger then yours.

Ah well, got out eventually. It was our neighbour, thinking that we'd recognise the car. We didn't for a very long time. It's not as if we see it often and they live across the ford (as in stream, not the car 
) from us. Seen as the ford is flooded they're have had to drive around about 4 streets to park it where they did. They're insane, not entirely sure why they did it, I was very late for school....well...I'm not complaining really
