Theres boomspeed.com but i think its probably not big enough for forums. Probably no help at all to you.

Free Webhosting
I'm curretnly looking for a free web host (as i've no money to pay for one) for some fourms I have. Maff found one for me but after a few hours of my time (and Stoo's) we discovered that they are no longer allowing you to host forums there.
Does anyone know of any good ones?

If you're after forum-hosting it may be tricky, as you're essentially after a free shell account, which while easy to come by in days of yore are somewhat rarer now. I'm not aware of any (reliable) free web hosting that will let you run arbitrary CGI; the handfull of locations that do give free shell accounts are mainly geared towards eggdrops and such.
Depending on exactly what you're after you may be better off using existing services such as a blog, yahoo groups, network54.com or quicktopic.com -- not ideal, but should be able to cover most bases once combined with some vanilla web hosting. At least until you can find what you're looking for.
