When I was an iccle boy, I fell against a gas radiator while naked (after having just come out of the bath). I burned my bum quite badly and had to have a huge bandage thingy on it that covered my whole bum and looked like a nappy. All the kids at school could see it while I got changed for PE, and teased me etc...

That was pretty embarressing!

don't worry my mate big dave does that stuff all the time. walks into lamposts and spins the no fowling signs round, road into a car park barrier on his bike and knocked the whole thing off, walked into 2 car bumpers and knocked them clean off, car wing mirrors, walks into walls, falls over, drops glasses, bottles, walks into anything and anything that can be broken he breaks.

I spent last New Year sporting the mother of all shiners.

After spending the evening having tea and crackers with Gooner & Mishelisa I staggered the mile or so home.

During the night I responded to an urgent call of nature, after which I completely forgot (I wasn't still legless! ) the layout of my own house and missed the bathroom doorway completely, walking face first into the door frame!

OK firstly OUCH!! Secondly, my mum did that once and was ok for about a day or so after, but then she got really dizzy and we had to take her to the hospital, where she was give a head injury leaflet and warning signs to watch out for as apparently its very similar to getting whiplash in a car!

1996 - a friend was dating this guy from the Trocadero and we were just hanging out near leichester square (sp) and as usual me being the third whell wondered off to get away from the mushy two I decided to entertain myself with the car barrier (you know, those poles you lift up and down to get cars in and out of closed off places) so thought i'd relive my primary school years and do roly poly on it... 'cept it wasnt hooked to the barrier and with my weight i went crashing down head first to the pavement at first the ohter two thought I'd knocked myself out till they realised I was giggling. i dont know if it was from concussion or the embaressment.

1998 - on holiday with a friend to my mum's hometown in italy I was extremely drunk and was leaning out of the window chatting to a cousin standing outside where I had nicked his hat and was trying it on, after being told i looked silly i took it off and like a girl shook my head/hair and and wiped my head back. what i hadnt realised due to being so drunk (thank god) was that when i flicked my head forward to then flick it back (yes its a complecated process ) i had smacked my head REALLY bloody head on the concrete window ledge and within second had the hugest lump on the side of my forehead. people started coming up to me poking my head and asked if it hurt ( i was completely oblivious) until my mate took me into the bathroom and showed me my reflection the next day i woke up feeling tickity-boo and grand without a headache (or hangover) in sight and the BEST black eye EVER!

Embarrassing things...
A few weeks a go went to the cinema, and came out around 12pm, so it was dark, which added even more blindness to my blindness (I'm extremely short sighted, but only where glasses in class), and my Mum said called and said she'd pick me up, so after the movie said g'night, saw our car, ran over to it, opened the door, got in, and said 'I didn't think you'd be here so quick, Mum', looked up, and I find myself staring at some random woman, who looked extremely scared, winced with embarrassment, put on a brave smile, and said 'I'm sorry, you're not my Mum' and got out of the car. It was so embarrassing. I find it kinda funny now but argh!

Awwwww mate !!! That is a bit cringe-worthy ! I've done so much in my time that I can't really rememeber that much ! I do rememeber walking into a glass door in Marks and Spencer once.

Oooooo, and there was that time I was riding my bike in Center Parks and I was so fascinated by the sign for a 'Dog Toilet' that I didn't watch where I was going and crashed into a fence!!

Needless to say, my sister was in stitches!

All good stories I've had a few moments. Two that spring to mind are:-

1) Where I used to work, the main entrance had two sets of glass doors. One day, I had to pop out to get some tapes copied. I was so pre-occupied with looking at the tapes while walking towards the doors, I *assumed* that the inner set of doors were open. They weren't. I walked straight into one of the doors at full whack causing the glass to shatter!! It didn't come out of the frame, but a nice spider webbed crack had appeared!

In panic, I decided to leave the scene of my 'crime' and carry on to where I had to go. After about 45 minutes, I came back to the office and, to my surprise, the panel had been replaced.

To this day, no one knows how it got broken

2) Ten years ago, I was attending a London Monarchs American Football game at Wembley Stadium. Me, and my friends, had got pretty tanked up during the day and, when we got to the ground, we decided to chuck a footie about outside the stadium - on the concrete.

Anyway, someone threw the ball in my direction and I decided to try and catch it. It had been thrown quite a bit in front of me so I had to run to get to it. I was so bladdered that I flapped at the ball, it bouncing off my shoulder and I slammed straight into an information stand, spinning off at high speed and knocking my cap off. Poor guy inside the stand didn't know what had hit him!! My humilation was complete as a TV station covering the game caught the entire incident on tape and it was broadcast at the end of the season as part of a bloopers segment!! 'Coz I was steaming, I didn't feel anything - until the next day, of course!!

Anyway, that's my contribution

I fell off the roof of a car when I was drunk a couple of months ago. Bloody hurt too

I've had the usual tripping up in public when loads of people are around, and once I made the mistake of wearing my sisters pants to work, bent down to get into the bottom of the fridge, and the pants split right down from the crotch to my ankle!

And then there was the other time when the zip on my pants went and the stitching underneath split which would have been embarassing enough but that day I had no underwear on!

Thats the one and only time I was glad to be wearing an apron for work.

when i was about 10/11 and i was on holiday we were shoe shopping, the doors were glass, my mum and aunt had walked out the door already, i welked out and smashed my nose ont he glass, only one side of the door was open, but this glass didn't have a handle or a sticker or anything so you coudln't tell it was there.

i walked out fo the other door with blood spurting everywhere and these two old people grabs me and gave me hugs and i ran away to find my mum.

well, erm...........it's only since i've been at uni, but I've become really accident prone!!

The first thing that happened was, I was in my flat, playing a bit of football with my flat mates, tried to tackle, fell on my face and gave myself a massive carpet burn, luckiy on my elbow and not on my face!! (although wehn I was little I did fall down the stair and get a carpet burn on my face and when I was four I fell off the sofa after jumping on it and nearly bit my tounge off)

Next I was in a drama seminar, playing a warm up game, all the class were sat in a circle on chairs. You had to run from one chair to another and not get caught out. So me and this girl run for the same chair, she slips, pushes the chair away, just as I sit down, had a massive scrape and abruise that looked like a question mark on my other arm, and the many laughs from my class that followed!!

Week after that I was in a design seminar, making models, cut a slice of my finger off with a stanley knife, blood everywhere, the class however thought it was very funny!! It didn't really hurt but it didn't stop bleeding!!

I have become the living embarrasing accident in my Drama class!!

Yeouch! That must've stung a bit afterwards, right? Though I take it your typing wasn't too badly affected...

Ok, In no particular order:

1. When I was about 13, I walked into a lamppost and ended up with a blackeye.

2. Feel off the back of an old style London bus (routemaster) the one's without doors. Ended up by the kerb in a puddle, the bus didn't even stop. After several hours in casualty (with a wet bum) discovered I'd dislocated & fractured my wrist.

3. At art college I managed to slice into my thigh with a stanley knife. I was kneeling on the floor cutting foamboard and forgot stop at the end of the rular.

4. Falling up the escalator at Knightsbridge station during rushhour. There's no way to regain your cool after that.

5. Whilst dressing a mannequin over a stairwell in a department store, I again fell, this time off an 8ft ladder.

Just call me Little Miss Bump

Ah, it's a relief to know you're not the only dopey brainless git (only kidding!) on the planet.

Stupidest thing I've done was many years ago while digging the garden at my grandparents. One weed was really p***ing me off so I raised the garden fork high up and stabbed straight down.

Right through my big toe. Managed to go through my trainer,toe,trainer sole and straight into the ground. Then had to pull it out. Screamed like mad and got taken to the local hospital.
