I'm unable to have Radio 1 or the local commercial stations on for more than about 30 seconds without lunging for the off-switch, so like Jayjay I've missed a lot of annoyance.

One song that is annoying me a lot though is that cover of Bryan Adams's Heaven by some woman with a club beat in the background - it's annoyingly catchy and one of these pointless covers that removes most of the meaning and emotion from the original - grrrr!

Scooter's version of "The Logical Song" is just soooo shockingly awful, they've taken the soul out of it!.. and all other "bands" that do that ought to be shot!!..

The Nelly & Kelly rubbish... overplayed and annoying

I hate Coldplay, Travis and Oasis equally.

And kiddie-bands like S Club juniors.. and Busted.. i wish they were!!.

I think i'm just getting old

Anything by most girl/boy bands, plus "music" by the likes of Nelly, Ja Rule, etc. must be immediately blown off the face of the planet!

Oh, and anything by the Streets... Eeeeeaaaagh!!

I heard that Take My Breath Away thing yesterday and just had to cringe... evil! And the same goes for the cover of 'Heaven'.

Seriously though, we did buy the Coldplay album once, I liked Yellow & Trouble, the rest was misery at its highest so we returned it and got Anastascia instead (which I've listened to all of once and buried somewhere )

That Nelly & Kelly song is very longwinded though - I do like his "Its hot in here" song though

Good grief!! I think it's supposed to be funny and ironic but it's just crud. The only good thing about it is that it's about 90 seconds long.

That song rocks!!! Everytime it comes on at work, we turn up the volume. I think we just identify with the whole CBA attitude, especially when we're having a bad day at work

I love the United States of Whatever song!! It rocks! The first time I heard it I was like "oh my god, what the hell is this crap!" but it has really grown on me

Lenny might the guitar equivalent of "rearranging things in his underwear" but that's about as far as it goes

I don't tend to listen to the radio that much at the moment. and if i do it's usually total rock, so i've escaped all the annoying songs out at the moment.
Though i would gladly kill whatever my flatmates decide to play on repeat in the kitchen. So that includes Madonna - Immaculate Collection and Pink. I didn't use to hate either of those but now
