Congrats! I'm not particularly lucky in competitions lately, in fact I did better when I was a teenager. I won a 12" single of Neil from the Young Ones "Hole in My Shoe" from Just 17 mag , and a video of "Three Men and a Baby", also from Just 17 if I remember correctly.

A holiday for 6 people in a Haunted Castle in Scotland

A childrens channel tshirt and name card things with betty boop and top cat on and Some hair stuff from shout or something years ago! I do have a habit of winning crappy raffles though when i buy a ticket out of pity and end up winning some rubbish :s

When I was about 13/14 I came 2nd in a competition in the magazine Jackie - didn't realise I had until a *huge* box of goodies turned up with a walkman, tapes, records mainly promo stuff like Toyah promo album, Simply Red picdisc, some stuff I'd never heard of and a signed Ramones LP (still not sure how authentic that is!) Oh and lots of makeup - a teenage girls dream

Earlier in the year I won a Farscape dvd and Babylon5 dvd from one of the scifi mags (I honestly can't remember which one it was from - I went through a load trying to win the latest Buffy dvds!)

Cool! My best win ever was £500 of WHSmith vouchers from a competition when I opened my Halifax student account in 1995. I remember sitting in the manager's office telling him that I was going to buy lots of course books and art materials for my degree, just before my friend Emma and I blew about 70 quid of it in Our Price!

I won a mug and t-shirt in a local paper's Pet Relief competition years ago and never won anything else since.

Until last week that is when I won two competitions one through New Woman/Special K and another through the Vegetarian Society webiste. I'm presuming both are food related.

Hubby won a vampire tigger and buffy book yesterday - he did make me go and get the prizes though

I have won some hair highlights and thats about it
