Congratulations Len
Ok - I'm all excited for Len (and why shouldn't I be?) but as of today he was awarded his 5th Dan in the Martial Arts of Karate-Do (That's 5 black belts in laymans terms).
Can I just say how proud Georgia and I are of him and long may his love of the Martial Arts continue
