When you have to queue to get into Boots..... then queue to get to the perfume counter and wait 25 mins to be served....... then you have to queue/fight your way out of the store again

you see girls wandering round in the *freezing* cold dressed in teeeeny tiny little sexy santa type outfits (without a beard i mgiht add) when you're wearing like 6 coats and are still cold!!!
