Nope, you're not the only one that finds her annoying. Most of the time she just rambles and mumbles so I can't understand what she's saying anyway.

The sooner Radio 1 realise she's doing more damage than good and replace her the better. Not sure if Chris Moyles would work first thing in the morning or whether he's best left in his Drive Time slot but it might be worth considering.

I do find her pretty damned annoying, even more so than when she first started presenting the show. I agree, Zoe Ball was a great presenter, and it kinda sucks that she left. Why can't Scott Mills take over? He does the show most of the time (considering Sara is usually on holiday, off sick or whatever) and is pretty good at it.

Ooh yes please! Mark and Lard - but leave them in their afternoon slot. In fact, put them in every radio 1 slot there is, since theirs is the only show I don't find really inane and patronising. Or maybe I'm just getting too old and radio 2 is beckoning....

No, that's a good idea. I'd never have to hear Moyles again.

To be honest, I haven't really listened to the Breakfast Show since Chris Evans, and then Mark & Lard, were doing it. Evans, although I can't stand the man these days, was pretty good. Mark & Lard are excellent, but really weren't suited to it. Which, to be fair, even they could tell. Apparently Matthew Bannister (then Radio 1 controller) asked them, they said no, and then he offered them a ridiculous amount of money which they couldn't really turn down.

As for Sara Cox, I haven't heard her radio show, but no I don't like her very much. Anyone seen Born Sloppy? Is it a rule of Channel 4 Friday night TV that every programme must try and be even worse than The Word?

I don't really mind Sara Cox, apart from the mumbling that Whist mentioned! Having said that, I rarely listen to her show.

I agree she is very annoying. I accidentially switched my alarm onto Radio 1 a few weeks back, and her annoying voice was the first thing I heard that morning. I'm sure it put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day

I can't understand a word she says. To me it always sounds as if she has a mouth full of something. I have my alarm set to go off in the morning on the other side of the room and because I can't stand listening to her, it gets me out of bed

I rarely listen to Radio 1 all the DJs seem to love theirselves and the music on there is dire

King moyles should be on first thing, to cheer me up before college. Cox is well annoying like that Born Sloppy program is balls to the nth degree.

I really hate Coxy, but then I really hate Radio 1 - dont let that take away from my seething at Coxy though! The only people who come close are Moyles and the ultra annoying birds who do the 'Raaaadio 1' type jingles. Come the revolution...

Heh, wouldnt it be a neat idea if you know those annoying websites that ask for your email address and spam you and send you kak newsletters and promototional offers, wouldnt it be a neat idea if you accidently used the address "sara.cox@bbc.co.uk"...not that I ever accidently do that when filling in the webform for real player and accidently signing up to every annoying promotional offer

Never heard her on the Breakfast show, but I can't stand her at all! I very rarely listen to the radio any more. Mark and Lard rock, I listen to their show if I think about it and I'm near a radio. I can't stand Chris Moyles, he sucks great big parts of various animals' anatomy. I used to like Chris Evans when he did the breakfast show. Ummmm, and that's about it.

Yup, me too. But when I listened to it, he didn't do the brekkie show, just the now-deceased slot between brekkie and the "luchtime social" show-thingy.
