Well Andrew Lloyd Webber threatened to leave when Labour was elected but he never did, so he can go for starters

I think we should kick out Geri Halliwell (Let her annoy someone else for a change) and we should let in Stephen Speilberg so that 'British' filmmaking gets a boost

Didn't Phil Collins say the same thing? So how come we're still stuck with both of them? What's the point in voting Labour, if it doesn't lead to annoying <edit> like these getting out of here? I mean, really...

Anyway:

In - Anyone escaping persecution

Out - Tony Blair - Anything to get him out of office.

Failing that, kick Blunkett out.

In -- Too many! -- there are a couple of prominent US politicians who could work wonders for reinvigorating British politics -- perhaps we need Rudi Giulliani as Mayor of London, alternatively Condaleeza Rice, as at present many women in British politics are on the sidelines and it would be nice to have a female politician who was clearly going somewhere.

In the arts world we could always benefit from a musician as evocative as Bob Dylan, and to benefit our business perhaps we could import Michael Bloomberg or Nobyuki Idei, or though I'm hesitant to say it Nathan Myhrvold.

Culturally, perhaps a few of the Scandinavian Royals to revitalise some of the lagging aspects of our own royalty.

Dunno really, I'll give up on who to import, and relflect on the easier question of who to export..

What about transporting the Population of Britain to America and the Population of America to Britain. America is a nice country except for the Americans so that way we would get a nice country to live in, More space, room to spread out. We might even let a few maybe a 1000 or so Americans stay, oh and of course let all the Native Americans stay. Any Americans born in Canada would be fine to stay as well.

Oh letting one into Britain if it had to be one Alison Hannigan , ok I may be biased. Out hmm hard one, so many to choose from, Tony blair comes to mind as does Hamilton and Jeffery Archer.
