Check the date on the packet, but as long as they were never defrosted and refrozen you should be okay

threw the packet away. Ok what can I eat to make me feel less sick I need to go out drinking tonight and I don't wanan feel like this. I managed some dry plain bread but only half a slice nand i can only drink water or I feel like i'm gonna puke

Sounds like you may have picked up a stomach bug or something Spike

Me too!

I would have thought frozen things should be OK - I know green potatoes are poisonous though. There are a few nasty bugs around though, you may have one of them.

Well I jsut emptied all the contents of my stomach on the way home from work and do feel a lot better although sorta dizzy. I dunno if i should risk going out tonight or not

I think potatoes are bad only if they're green. It's amazing we eat potatoes at all, they are a kind of Belladonna (Deadly nightshade). So if you didn't cook them long enough, that can also be bad...

anyway didn't go out and i'm well annoyed cuz it'd be the one time all 7 of us real close mates would all be in the same place at the same time and everyone who is anybody was o0ut plus the fact i could have had more of a chance of pulling. well i'm still feelnig abit dodgy but theres no way i'm gonna give up my christmas dinner even if i know i'm gonna be chucking buckets again later.

I think what Lori is saying, Spike, is that surely you have your parents, family and friends that you can speak to in person about this. While we are always happy to help, sometimes it also helps to speak to someone face to face who can offer help and advice.

Or have you been left 'home alone'?

ahh righ tyeah i asked them about it and they said nah you can't get food poisoned by frozen poitatoes, but i don't believe them.
