I don't like Mac's...dunno why but I just never took to them so I;ve always been a PC boy and subject to the whim of the Lord Almighty William Gates.
Sales Assistants in Pc World and all those other stores(Currys, Dixons etc) usually know very little about the products they're selling apart from how much commision they'll get...when my brother bought his PC he phoned me and a mate to come and collect it for him from the shop..when I looked at it I was amazed how much he'd been ripped off and also the fact that the salesman had managed to persuade him to buy a £27 mouse(because the computer didn't come with one {Although it actually did}) and a packet of floppy discs even though the computer had a CD-Rewriter on it and it's easier to copy stuff onto a cheap re-writable cd for passing between PC's than using crappy floppys. Had loads of fun complaining to the manager etc about the shoddy level of service
