Can you marry yourself?
i saw on 'jam' ages ago this guy married himself, so is it actually possible, i eman lesbians and gays are able to get blessins, so could you get blessed to yourself?

Just imagine... you'd have to have arguments with yourself about why you left the loo seat up *again*, who's turn is it to wash the dishes anyway?? And why do I read with the light on when you know full well that I have to go to sleep early and get up in the morning. You never get home when you tell yourself you're going to, and you'd have to put your own dinner in the dog. And another thing...

Just imagine... you'd have to have arguments with yourself about why you left the loo seat up *again*, who's turn is it to wash the dishes anyway?? Jam was a TV series by the wonderful Chris Morris (Day Today, Brass Eye). It started off as a Radio 1 program called Blue Jam and was incredibly surreal.
Anyway, no Spike, I doubt you will find a priest to bless your self-marriage. Least not one from a major church/religion. You could always try Red, as I think I remember her sending off for one of those Internet ordination things. And you certainly can't marry yourself and recieve tax benefits.
And, for the record, it isn't that easy for gay couples to recieving blessings either, although their are some (if not many) gay friendly priests/vicars/whatevers that tend to get inundated with requests for their services.
