Oooookay, most webcam software will allow you to upload the images to your own website. There should be a page on the software that asks you for ftp server details, and an upload interval etc, you fill those in and the webcam software will upload the picture to the site everytime it takes a piccy

If not, you should be able to download some free webcam software that will do the job too
