I spotted this on the BBC website and I have to say I was stunned... in a pleased-kill-the-*expletive deleted* kind of way.
Quite a cunning trick for catching people for crimes, but how shocked would you be if they collared you 6 years on?

Makes you glad that the police actually bother with people who urinate in the street.

I find yelling large amounts of verbal obscenities at the computer screen helps when I can't type them instead, but then I get kicked out of the college library for doing so. Nuts.
