Musical Costumes!!
Any help here would be hot!!
I'm going to a fancy dress party on saturday, I have to dress as someone from a musical though, and I'm a bit stuck!! Me and the boyfriend want to go themed aswell, so we're even more stuck!! Anyone got any suggestions??

Moulin Rouge (excuse to dress in feathers and frills, and to put a man in evening dress - yum!)
A Pink Lady and one of the Jets (was it the Jets??) from Grease - pretties for you, leathers for boy...
A nun from Sound of Music!
Cowgirl/boy from Oklahoma!
pearly king/queen from Me and My Girl
Eliza Doolittle/Professor Higgins from My Fair Lady
Salvation Army girl/Sky Masterson from Guys and Dolls (or just a guy/doll)

I'd go for Grease. Way cool!
Or for something a little different, how about Stan and Wendy from South Park the movie?
Oooh, or one that probably no-one but me will know, Meet the Feebles!! You could go as a psycho hippo with a heavy machine gun and a frog suffering from 'Nam flashbacks!

Well, it's the day of the party and we've finally decided at about 4 o'clock yesterday!!
Thanks everyone for your suggestions, they really did help!! We really wanted to do the Buffy Musical as Anya and Xander but my boyfriend dresses like him anyway so it wouldn't be much of a costume, then we thought about doing the costume from thier song except it ment me wandering round in my underwear in front of my boyfriends mum and all her friends!!
Well we've settled on Moulin Rouge as Satine and Christian I can't wait
