Moron

I managed to fail my theory test! I didn't think that was possible, but not only that, I did really badly (26/35). I wasn't really ready for it and I had flu last week so I was going to cancel, I feel like such a moron, I had no idea on most of the questions. I have a CD rom, but all the test questions on that are basically common sense and don't prepare you for the actual hard ones. At least I passed the hazard perception I suppose.

i'm doing my test prolyl in about 10months when i'm 17. I've got a cd-rom to practise and without looking at the highway code i can just about pass and i can do the hazrd perception pretty ok....but i'm already worried about it now!

my brother passed his theory today with 32/35.he got about 45 in the hazard perception and said it was really hard because it wasnt like being in a car.

Im impressed, I got 35 out of 35, I was quessing most of the answers, I was expecting to get like 20 as it has been 5 years since I did my theory.
When driving you forget everything anyhow.

Yally, I have a tip for you. Buy the book that has ALL the questions in it. Go through everyone. Most as you say are common sense, so for each question you answer correctly without struggling, just ignore that question. Only mark down the question numbers you get wrong.

At the end you will have a list of all the question numbers you need to revise (which will be a small fraction of them)...all the others you know you can answer without having to remember them.

It worked a treat for me.

I only managed to get 22/35 which is worrying seeing as I passed my practical test last thursday. Looks like I'm not that safe to be on the road. Oh well.

And gotta agree with Funky Monkey. the book with the official questions in is well worth the money. That's how I manged to pass my theory.

Oh yeah! Go me! Took the test again today and got 34/35! Yay! Such a complete fluke really, did 5 practice tests yesterday and managed to fail 4 of them (29 - so annoying!) and guessed 7 of the questions, but now I can go on to the hard part - the practical! AARGH!
