who do i ring?
think i may be having problems with receiving txt messageson my phone on o2....anyone on this network know where i should ring to try and fix it or see if theres been a fault?

You can call 4445 from your mobile or 0906 302 4445 from another phone. It's blooming expensive though on both - 50p a minute!

A friend has had this problem today as well...it seems that O2 have had a problem delivering txt's today..not sure when it will be fixed though.

I've had trouble sending texts on o2 before, for example: "I'm going to be about 30 min. late..." arriving... three hours later!

I asked BT about the Telephone Preference Service I heard about on Watchdog.

I think once you register it covers all networks. Might stop a few of them.
