Tomorrow's pancake day? Huh. Well, as I won't be rushing in to work tomorrow morning, a traditional butter/sugar/lemon juice combo could be in the offing...

I'm sure we have this thread at this time of the year every year, lol. What is everyones favourite toppings and are you having them tomorrow?
I like the American style thick, fluffy pancakes with maple syrup and butter. The calories can go out of the window

I have acquired some actual Canadian Maple syrup in Cranberry, Blueberry & regular flavours since last Pancake Day & haven't had a chance to try them out on pancakes yet.

Wow, didn't even realise it! I never eat pancakes, but haven't been able to stop the past couple of days! Hmmm....golden syrup.....mmmmm...maple syrup, eh.

Mmmmmm pancakes. I too love maple syrup - we have about 8 bottles in the pantry. I love American pancakes but I also love the traditional english ones mmmmmmm

Never had them for years..... but am hoping mum in law will make some when we visit tomorrow, she's an awesome cook

At the moment i'm not meant to have anything with refined wheat (i.e. white flour) but this time i'm just gonna forget about this for one night. I like my pancakes plain with just a light sprinkle of sugar!

I had my pancakes last week when I went to visit my parents. I doubt I'll have any tomorrow. But I like them with lemon & sugar or golden syrup or maple syrup or chocolate sauce.

Posted: 12:42 Mar 04 2003 There's a dutch pancake house in teh centre of manchester that does an amzing range of savory and sweet pancakes. Pretty impressive and the pancakes themselves are absolutely huge!!!!
