Thanks so much! This was such a nice thought, I really appreciate it!
Plus points are its more money, I get more say in what goes on around the place so YAY for that!
Negatives include more work (obviously) and being on the senior management team sounds a little daunting...
Hopefully it will all turn out in the wash
