the mudderling of words I know is called Spoonerism when you the switch the first couple of letters of each word around.

I've been doing it for so long and it happens so often i dont always notice it (i dont think other people notice much unless they're being polite)....CAN be funny sometimes.

Avoid typing either IN ALL CAPITALS (that's interpreted as shouting) or by shortening words (e.g. m8, u, 2) - It's hard for people not used to it to understand quickly and it's just plain rude.
