Body snatchers

Ok so you nkow you get like all these body snatching type books and films and stuff. Well ahs anyone ever thoguht tis true and has happened? See what if we are the actual body snatchers and life on this planet was totally different and we were like pods that took over all living things but it happened so long ago we don't remember. see i'd feel quite bad for stealing peoples bodies
