Quick google search to find out WHO? Got as far as protege of Simon 'Spice Girls' Fuller before giving up.

In answer to your question, no not really, but it's a sick and twisted world.
As for pulling her, I guess 16 is legal, just.
Apparently she's being dubbed the 'British Avril' (or the Female Avril according to Spike ) and she originates from Bournemouth.

Who is she? I've never heard of her and can't be bothered to do a search.

So were not talking real celeb then or someone I would remotely interested in

Shes 17 now, and its decent music even though it is Simon Fuller

See, now she may be good looking but I'm afraid you've done it with the Simon Fuller connection.
I love the song Misfit but that's the only reason I know the name. You'll know it when you see it on the music channels T as she's crawling on a wardrobe trying to escape from the eternal cliques of groups of girls. Either the prissy girls aka Cordy style - or the girls in black.
Its a pretty ditty about groups being superficial and being a misfit for not fitting in.
Its hard to judge any act based on one song though so I won't be running out buying the album anytime soon.

I like her stuff.
She has a song called 'Kick Me' which is excellent!
Anyhoo, just 'cos you texted her, doesn't mean you've pulled you know!!

I love 'going out of my mind' and 'Misfit' is pretty good.
The rest of the album is a bit suspect, but I'd still buy it for those two tracks though.

Oh good grief... suddenly everything clicks into place.
Was driving to Brighton a few weeks ago when 'Misfit' came on the radio.
Our ten second review at the time...
'Avril-lite (how scary a concept is that) commercial soulless jank... change the station'
Still struggling with the irony of a manufactured clone of another successful artist describing herself as a 'misfit'.

A bit like Avril claiming to be a 'sk8er'

I'd still pick Avril over Amy.
And, going by a copy of the email Spike showed me, Amy is in serious need of some spelling lessons
