I shouldnt be allowed to watch this stuff how much did i cry??! i think i have serious emotional problems!! That little girl Kirsty who was on with Victoria Beckham is sooo sweet!

Little Kirsty is a regular visitor of the hospital where my friend works, she is quite a little star.
If you speak to desire she will tell you more as its also her friend who works there.
Kirsty does alot of fundraising for her hospice but unfortunately time is not on her side
