Does anyone have any idea how to make transparent smilies? I want to be able to use them on friends journals but 'cos everyone has different colour backgrounds I want that colour to show through the smiley. So all I really need is the smiley outline I think.....

select the background, and depending on which app you use either delete it, set it to the transparent colour, or do an export transparent image..
