You know, I think you may be right, United care so little about the other two that they just can't be bothered to beat them.

Didn't listen to or see the game last night, though i wasn't expecting Newcastle to win at Anfield to be honest.. though the away win at Highbury was sweet .

I don't think in all honesty's sake that Newcastle will win the League.. i just hope it's another team apart from Manchester United.. at least it'll be a change.. and the title chase hasn't been this close in years... or ever dare i say?.. i'm not sure (though i'm sure someone will correct me on this).

I'm just happy the Toon are on the right half of the table, and the way things stand at the moment, stand a good chance of qualifying for Europe next season, be it Champions League or UEFA..

We play Arsenal in the FA Cup on Saturday.. don't hold out much hope of progressing any further than that... we need the return of Craig Bellamy i think....

But as long as they keep their recent form and start winning again, i'll be happy

I've got a feeling that Man Utd will win this season..again.

Van Nistelrooy is just outstanding and seems to be scoring goals for fun..if he keeps that up then I can't see Man Utd losing many more games...they seem to have solved some of the defensive frailties they had at the beginning of the season as well...would like to see Liverpool win but I just can't see it.

So long as it's not Leeds, Man U or Arsenal I'm not fussed. I'd be happy if it was Newcastle, though, as Bobby Robson still has God-like status at Portman Road.

I'm more interested in the relegation battle... at Christmas I'd accepted the inevitable and resigned myself to relegation, then we hot-shot up the table until we're only one win outside the European places, and now we're plunging back into the relegation fight with something like 11 goals conceded in the last three matches... I tell you, being an Ipswich fan is one crazy ride at the moment...

Anyone who knows anything about football should know that my nickname gives my loyalties away, so im gonna have to say it will be us , the thieving scouse scallys next, and the surrey supporting mancs third with dirty leeds fourth and hopefully the scum relegated

Right now finishing fourth would be a dream come true. And the only dirty players we have came from Charlton, and at least our players don't fall over when the wind changes, a la Pires et Cole.

ah ah umm cant say i agree with that but although we may have a drunk driver for a skipper and a couple of druggies playing for us at least we dont have two racist thugs who deserve to be locked up for what they did, but then again didnt they come from charlton or does that make ok ?
