When i'm better if hes still up there I may walk past and throw eggs at him or something. How much longer is he there for?
David Blaine
Just wondered what people thought of his latest stunt. Personally I think hes a bit mental. Can't wait to see him waste away

Well said Bee. Man's a cheap publicity-craving fraud: at least Van Gough went through with it.
After he's finished wizzing through a straw for 40 days, I think Channel 4 may have a job for him.

My favourite quote on the subject...
"If Blaine could be induced to stay, for all time, in his silly box, there could be many worse ways of acquiring British nationality by composing some appropriate insult in the English tongue, then throwing an egg at him."

As an experiment today, I skipped lunch to see what it would be like. I was in pain by the end of school, and that was only like 5 hours. Needless to say, I ran to the shops on the way home and bought lots of chocolate.
That stoopid stoopid man, there is no need/point in it at all.

Hm. If he's locked in the box, is it actually willpower?? Surely it would be more willpower if he were starving himself to near death surrounded by cake. I wonder....

I think it's actually quite interesting, because it must take quite alot of willpower...
i do feel cruel, but reading that people are waving burgers at him and shining laser pens into his....tank? made me laugh so hard.....i then went to thinking ijmagine if someone threw a burger and it stuck on his glass box right in front of him......hehe
What if hes vegetarian? I deffiantely want to see him and do something to wind him up, plus by the time i'm better to do so, hell be in a much worse state of starvation so it could be more fun. I really don't like the guy. He is clever, but I think hes stuck up his own backside and thinks hes god or something.
Yeah, but if it was me, by tea time I would've shouted "let me out!"

Not yet. But, apparently, his team let slip that he was planning to fake his own death to spice things up a bit!
I say just let the public carry on doing what they were doing ie throwing eggs and sausages at the box, etc.

Someone told me today that people have been whacking golf balls at him, but have (as yet) not had any luck hitting the box
I was reading NewScientist last week, and apparently he cannot complete the stunt by drinking water alone. His salt levels will drop too low, and after 3 weeks he will get dizzy and then pass out. So, he either cheats, or he'll have to be taken out! It'll be interesting to see which will happen.
Ive heard it said that there is vitamins, salt ect in his drinking water.
