Thrush

This is a question mainly for the girls.... but do you get thrush?, if so, how long does an attack last and how soon does whatever you use as treatment begin to work?

I've been plagued for best part of a week. To say i'm sore and itchy is an understatement. I can't sleep because of it and the treatment my GP gave me either hasn't worked or is taking its time in working.I took it two days ago and it still itchy and sore but there has been a slight improvement, i don't know whether i'm just impatient as this is the first time i've had such a bad attack and its making me miserable. Any thoughts, stories advice etc?

Yep, knew that

and hubby's been treated too.

And Sange, that's what i thought, but my test came back positive for thrush but also positive for candida, so i needed something a little stronger. It's worked a treat, i'm tons better and the itching isn't constant anymore.
