Hulk's a very good film, but not having ever read the comics I didn't feel qualified to comment on how it was adapted from them, which is what I took the poll to mean.

Plus the first Tim Burton Batman rocks.

I'm surprised Spiderman didn't get more votes.

I found The Hulk deeply unsatisfactory. It felt schizophrenic. I got the impression someone (presumably Ang Lee) wanted to do a deep psychological story about the Banner/Hulk duality, personality, rage etc while someone else (presumably the funders) wanted a "Hulk Smash!" beat-em-up. End result tried to do both but didn't really succeed at either.

Not a great adaptation either, unnecessarily (IMO) complicating the story of Hulk's origin.

Probably worth catching on video or TV just to see Hulk locked in battle with a giant mutant French poodle though.

I'd go for Tim Burton's Batman. Followed by Spiderman.

I think that Burton's Batman was fantastic and he captured Gotham city perfectly. The style and setting of the film and the carefully chosen colour schemes of the sets and costumes made it one of hte most atmospheric films ever.

A small ferret told me to go see the hulk.

I didn't.

The ferrets brothers had told me to go and see sphere and the tailor of pannama.

The moral of this tale?

Ferrets have a rubbish taste in movies.
