i listened for about 5minutes, but didnt get anything. this could be because of my slow net speed.

from the title it gives im guessin someone has managed to listen in to the cop waveband, and you can hear them over their car radios.

Only if it was a UK police radio, US & Canadian law is different, there are many, many legal police radio scanner sites on the net
