I question your without question

Season 2 featured the prominent, and naff, 'Dark Angel, but not Angelus' storyline which came off badly and didn't gel properly.

Not to mention the Pylea stuff... earlier in the season, it would have been good, but tacked on at the end for a few episodes it stank and totally blew the end of the season.

Season 1 gets my vote. It had a good tone, not too serious, not to comedy based, it had some excellent episodes like Hero and the arc with Wolfram & Hart was excellent.

I'm giving season 5 my vote (it would have either been that or 1) as for me it really started to turn around after the dreadful shambles of some of the early season 4 storylines. It was nice to see it back on the up

I chose season 5 because it was a highly emotional season, Fred dying, Cordy dying, Wes dying, Lorne leaving the group, Lindsay dying. I loved the finale.


I really found it difficult to choose between all the series' as they've all been brilliant.

I liked series 4 cause of the Beast, Faith coming back, the Wesley and Lilah relationship and all the deception that went on, didn't like it because of Cordelia was the big bad.

I liked series 3 cause of the betrayal by Wesley, that was the best thing in that season.

I liked seson 2 cos of Darla n Drusilla, and Angel locking the lawyers in a room with them.

I liked season 1 cos of the Faith episodes, I Will Remember You, Doyle dying and the intro of Wolfram and Hart and the Shanshu prophecy.

In short I loved every bit of Angel and I hope that it will return someday.

I think I would have gone for Season 2 if it hadn't have bailed out 5 episodes from the end and moved to Plan B.

As it is, Season 1 gets my vote. Although it doesn't help that they're the only two seasons that I've seen

Yep, season 2 bailed out. Season 1 had as MAff siad the right mix of dark and humour. I think that perhaps the best episode was the very first, andthe show, with a few exceptions as the series dragged on got worse and worse. I didn't even bother to watch the end of it!

Season 2 is the best season. Firstly u've still got old school Wesley and Cordy. U've got alot of Darla and flashbacks to the 19th century. the master, drusilla amd Spike all appear. Kate and lindsey are both still in it! Holland Manners!! And the Host is still running his karoeke bar!! I think season 4 is second best, then three, then one, then five in my opinion!! all very close thou. Favs eps from entire series The City Of, the 2nd ep, I will remember you, Eternity, Five By Five, Somanbulist, The prodigal, Darla, The Trail, Dear Boy, Reunion,Reprise, Guise Will Be Guise, Carpe Noum, Birthday, Spin The Bottle, Inside Out, Smile Time, You're Welcome, The Weight Of the World, The Finale. plus loadsa others
