email from someone (says it is your internet provider and names them so a bit more believable than usual)
Dear user of ntlworld.com,

We have found that your account has been used to send a huge amount of junk e-mail messages during this week.
We suspect that your computer had been infected and now runs a trojaned proxy server.

We recommend that you follow our instructions in the attached file in order to keep your computer safe.

Stuff like this just ignore it if you are not 100% sure it's from a legit source. If you are in doubt contact your isp. Keep your virusscanners up to date and keep on your toes. They are out there to trick you
