Though I normally grumble loads about how useless NTL are, last week I had a decent NTL experience for a change -- nice, friendly girl on the other end who even though she'd been having a lousy day was very pleasent and sorted out things very quickly for me.
Now if they can just get their DNS servers to play nicely...
