If it turns out to be a suicide motorist then they obviously wanted to leave their mark. There are other ways to comit suicide without killing and injuring dozons of other innocent people. The driver must have been at the end of the line (no pun intended) so probably didn't care about the consequences, but still, i don't get it. I hope it turns out to be a horrible accident with no one to blame.
Train derailment in Berkshire
Several people have died and scores are injured after a train hit a car on a level crossing in Berkshire. The accident happened shortly after the 1735 London Paddington to Plymouth service left Reading station.
6 people are at this moment still stuck in the train 2 have died (confirmed). Loads of people injured and at least 2 have died. It might be a suicide from a motorist backing up onto the rail...... but thats still rumors.

I was listening to five live last night and they had a guy on there who was actually on the train. Many people were injured and one death. Now it's six
If it wasn't suicide and it was my car broken down on the level crossing, I think get the hell out would be on my mind.

Apparently (if I remember correctly from this morning's Metro paper) a railway-staff guy told him to get the frig out, but he replied he was actually trying to commit suicide. The staff guy tried to contact the PTB to get the car off the track, but by the time he got in touch with them and got them up to speed it was too late... Latest report is 7 dead including both drivers and a young girl

Well, just to show how uncommon people killing themselves in front of trains - yesterday at around 3.30pm, there was a passenger on the track at King's Cross ( i was driving the train at the station before) and by the time i'd reached King's Cross, the police were escorting her away - at least she was ok.
But about 45 minutes later, someone jumped in front of a train at Tufnell Park. To quote a passenger i was talking to 'How inconsiderate of themdisrupting other peoples lifes, especially the driver'
Oh, and if you want to top yourself, there's a 70% survival rate if you jump in front of a train (not to say you'll be 100% tho)
