E-mail Spam hits a new low...
Whoever wrote this is certainly crying out for a slap; it's just damned cheeky, not to mention downright disrespectful, IMHO.
A distressed foreigner asking for your bank details for "safekeeping"... sound familiar? Now they're famous.

i had one of these and reported them to the ISP and got their account shut down.
