I considered changing it, as it does sound a tad dodgy (I like to watch) but couldn't come up with anything interesting. If you see a 'wg' around the net, its probably me.

I was reading 2001 A Space Odessy when I signed up for BuffyUK.org and needed a username. Tycho was the name of the moon crater in which the monolith was found.
People often ask me if it's a Star Wars reference (appparantly Tycho is an X Wing pilot) or if it's a Buffy reference (there is a demon called Tycho in Pretty Maids All In A Row)
Pretty boring really.

When trying to register with Freeserve, I was determined to register something that hadn't been tried already (and wouldn't have a number slapped on the end of it by Freeserve).
A joke DIY toolbox, given to me by my colleagues after I moved into my new house, contained (amongst other things) a giant Gobstopper.
Since then, wherever I go, I have used gobstopper as my user/login name - with the exception of ebay, where I am gobstopper2 (such is... )

We-ell, back in the days of BUK, all those eons ago, I registered on the site shortly after reading Confessions of an English Opium-Eater by Thomas De Quincey. In 'omage, I took the drug of the title and added a feminine ending. Ergo Opiumia.

And while we're on the subject of pronounciations - Keenangel - is that Keen-angel, or Keenan-gel (with a hard 'g')?

wWell, since you ask I guess Opium-mier would be the nearest with the stress on the umm, pronounced 'ume'

Well I have no imagination what so ever so when i first posted i shortened my name to something my niece used to call me.
Real name Catherine (but dont call me that unless i'm in trouble)
User name therefor Cat.
It's not not clever but i think it's a cool name. (incidently i was being called Cat long before the recent Cat's came on the scene. I must be a trend setter!

When I first lurked on BuffyUK I went onto the old chat room and the first name I could think of, Buffy related, was Fork Guy. That was short lived.....
Then when I registered on the boards I decided to try again. I thought I'd pick another character from Buffy, who was important to the whole mythology, but still a bit character.
Whistler was the first one I thought of.
