Starts on Friday at 9pm *bounce*
So for the people who are interested, here's a thread to discuss the show.
For those who sneer at us who like it, go away and get your own thread for slagging it off
(and be thankful that I've warned you to go into media hybernation for the next 11 weeks

Seen pictures of the house today in Heat and there's been a few changes - it looks very claustrophobic to me! According to Dermot its still going to be evil but with a "cheeky" element.

I think Sam is absolutely and completely gorgeous (I'm not sure why I didn't spot it before). She remids me of Andie from Dawson's Creek (Mmmmmm), although maybe that's just cos I've started watching it again recently. I'm still not sure about her personality-wise though, but physically... Mmmmmmmmmmmm....

Looks-wise you've got Sam and Saskia way up in the lead, but personality-wise they're both not that great. However, all the others fail completely on at least one, and often both of those characteristics.
By the way, I was very, very drunk when I made that last post. Although I do still stick by the sentiments expressed.
I've not seen much of BB this week except for bits of the early morning repeats as I've been getting ready for work. I'm slightly disappointed to hear that Mary's gone. Although she was really getting on my tats, she was I think slightly preferable to Craig. In the grand scheme of things though I would've loved to have seen Lesley, Makosi or Kamal go.

I was almost sorry to see Mary go, because she came across as pretty lucid at times. But her notions about the people who were fabricating themselves and which were genuine showed that it's very easy to give an impression of sagacity and still be a close aquaintance of Jack Schitt. The look on her face during Craig's Britney number... how dare he have a laugh with these shallow people, when Misery needs company?
And then there's 'Science'. If he's all Mary cracks him up to be, he shouldn't be acting like such a prat with Kamal. Is he a gunuine prat, or a clever fabrication?

Kemal needs to go, I can't stand that arrogant little twonk, lol. His performance in the diary room was unreal! I didn't realise that there were people that mad who are allowed out in public.... Learn sommat new every day!

I'd like to see either Kemal or Lesley go. Probably Lesley, I really can't stand her where as at least Kemal has a few (very few) funny moments.

I am very sad and have been watching it this year, I kinda like Kemal though. Sure he overreacts and is arrogant, but at least he stands up to a lot of the other annoyng housemates in a kinda cool way. Lesley must go, I hate her, shes so nasty to Sam. Dunno who I want to win though as don't really like any of them that much

Can't think of anyone I want to win either. It just seems like three or four of them have hit on the idea that regular rants will persuade the public to keep them in, and just because they're probably right doesn't make me like them any more...

I'd like to see one of the Lesley, Craig, Vanessa Clique go. Preferably Lesley. I know Sam overreacted when her make up bag was hidden but for Lesley to say she did it because she didn't like Sam smacks of bullying and that is out of order.
I'd like to see Kemal go soon too.

Posted: 07:30 Jun 08 2005 I totally agree with that, they're acting like mean ten year olds. I'd say that Lesley is a nasty, spiteful piece of work, and more fool the rest of them if they get sucked in to the private little conflict that she seems to have going with Sam.

I reckon Sam is quite safe this week- These people seem to forget that the public are watching both sides. So we hear a lot of the bitching, and how like Vicky Pollard is Lesley?? "I don't like that Sam, she's always giving me evil looks..." I think she's said the same of Saskia. My opinion? Sam and Saskia are obviously a heck of a lot more intelligent than Vanessa and Lesley, so the two thickos are turning nasty.
