but what i don't get is that Paul must've been really dumb to think that he was talking about polish people cos it the two words kinda sound different when spoken and the sentence wouldn't make sense. But Maybe i'm reading too much into it lol, i think i've read the joke too many times now and it's starting to become serious lol

I suppose with certain accents they could sound the same. It doesn't account for the meaning problem though!

I'm sure I've seen this before and it's something to do with how you pronounce both their names too.....
