It's nearing that time of year that we don't like to talk about, and I know we have loads of big kids on here, so I have to ask, has anyone else got an advent calendar this year?
Apparantly I'm too old for one, but I went out and bought a Kinder one anyway that has different forms of Kinder choccie in it (thought it'd make a change from a Cadbury's one).
So am I the only saddo out there? Oh well, at least I have chocolate.

Too old for one?! What kind of nonsense is that! My mum gets me one every year! Always Cadburys, that's the best. I hadn't seen a Kinder one though, that sounds interesting...

I have an advent calendar every year. My parents do too. They usually have one chocolate one, and they also have a big material one which my mum made years ago with a pocket for each day that she puts a mini mars or something in

I gots me a Maltesers one (Ta Mum! You remembered!
) but forgot to open the darned thing on account of oversleeping through lack of alarm noises and being nearly late this morning - friggin' electricity meters, grrr!

My mum got me a Star Wars choccy one. I love my mum. LOL. She does this every year, and has done since we were kids- she even mailed them to me when I was serving overseas with the army... My dad thinks she's mad, though.
