Naive? Not at all, no. I wanted facts. I have since checked on other sites detailing the hunts, what goes on, who attends, and have found that the information I have pasted above, when cross referenced, is correct.
There *is* a cub hunting season, the deaths of the foxes are *not* usually caused by a 'quick nip', they *are* prevented from escape by many methods, most of which I did not mention, etc.
I have read the Burns Report. It seems to be very concerned with the job losses that banning hunting will entail.
I still say ban fox hunting.
