I thought it was better this year. I really enjoyed the Celebrate Oliver program on BBC 1, and Shrek, Toy Story 2 and The Importance of Being Earnest. I love National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and Channel 5 aired it, and of course Channel 4 aired the classic The Snowman.

i said better this year for mostly one reason: david tennant as doctor who...hell yeah!
I thought it was fairly pants this year to be honest. Apart from Lost there was only 2 programmes that I really wanted to watch. They were Doctor Who and The Big Fat Quiz of the Year. I also watched and enjoyed The Importance of Being Earnest, most of The Two Ronnies Christmas Sketchbook, Toy Story 2 and probably a couple of other things, but mostly I watched DVDs and things I'd already seen a million times before...
But Doctor Who pretty much made up for everything else, so it doesn't really matter...
