Well in the UK you don't have all that many public holidays so in comparison to the Scandinavian countries I guess you are intitled to some more, although personally I would be happier with alotting people more self choosen holiday days as why does everyone have to be off on certain days (especially if you see most people don't even know what the day is actually for )
