We haven't seen much of the sun here, not even the non-eclipsed part
Partial Eclipse of the Sun
On 29th of March at around 1045 BST a partial solar eclipse will start when the moon moves in front of the sun. The 'greatest' partial eclipse will occure in the south-east of England and East Anglia, with up to 28% of the sun's surface being covered.
The next partial solar eclipses in the UK will be on the 1st of August 2008 and then on the 4th of January 2011.
Hopefully the weather holds out so we can actually see the eclipse.... If you do just take care when watching the eclipse to not look into the sun unprotected.

Didnt see squat. Incidentally thats also what I saw in 1999 when there was a total eclipse.
I endured an 11 hour train journey from Birmingham to Penzance. Then wandered around at a loose end for a few hours, only to have it bucket it down during the actual event. It was still a very mysterious atmosphere as everything went quiet and still.
Then there was the similar train journey back again...
