What I've seen of Scrubs is excellent!

That's Dr. (Neil) Fox, surely.
I remember, long long time ago, him extracting the urine on Radio Luxembourg ("Foxy on Luxy" yeah, close...) over Cyndi Lauper's version of 'What's Going On'. Fair play, it deserved opprobrium, but he took a particularly nasty dig, by implying that she'd never heard the song before recording it (untrue), and I've had no time for the jerk ever since (and make a special point of blanking him whenever we meet...
).
