I have to go to work on the first day of the Easter hols!
Ok so I have a job and its fine-working on Saturday mornings-5 hours. However the store manager asked me to go in for 4 hours tommorow! So ok I'll get paid but she wanted me to go in for like 6 hours! which no way was I doing. I'll make sure I leave promptly at 1pm! NO WAY am I going in again during the hols! I have REVISION to do for my exams! I need to RELAX! Getting up at 6.20am on Saturday mornings is bad enough!
Ah holidays...... what are they??? I get up at 5.30am every day - Georgia has decided its her new time for waking
Good luck with the revision!
Tannhauser It doesn't take a flying pass
in further maths to figure out the sum
of what has been, what is and what's to come.
It's none.
Actually, this leads into a question...
When *are* the Easter holidays? I mean, for people who are not at schoool? Is Good Friday a holiday?

It is for me, yep I have Good Friday and Easter Monday off. And as I'm a Civil Servant, I also get Maundy Thursday afternoon off as a Privilege leave
Sange It's only kinky the first time!!! after that it's just the Norm ;o)
Oooooo the advantages of being a Civil Servant .... we also can take up to 5 years career break when having kids
And Barbara good for you hun sticking up for yourself
For the last few years it has played host to the now legendary "Good Friday all-dayer in Weston" They can get pretty messy

What a stressful 4 hours! There were loads of customers and a couple of really evil ones! I really almost lost it!
However most of the customers are actaully nice and the staff are nice.
The manager asked me I wanted any more hours during the week but I said I had exams to revise for. so the next 3 weeks will be made up of lie-ins, shopping and of course plenty of revision for those lovely GCSE's!
