well i feel that Egypt is definetly wrong to censor the bloggers. surely by attacking them for expressing their views publicly, they're pushing them underground, which is far worse...

Reporters Without Borders have named a list of 13 countries they deem to be a threat to the freedom of expression online.
Not surprisingly, North Korea and China are on the list, but joining them are Belarus, Burma, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
Also slated are Yahoo, who are accused of contributing bricks and mortar to the "Great Firewall of China"
