use your whiteboard marker and scribble over the writing and rub really hard with a soft cloth before the new pen has a chance to dry.
Permanent Marker
Ok, i have this kinda like a whiteboard but it's a piece of card which is a basically just like a whiteboard stuck to my pinboard (it was cheaper) which i write on things that i need to remember.
Anyway, this last week i was a bit stressy and not realising what i was doing i used my permanent marker instead of my whiteboard marker By the time i came to wipe them off they wouldn't.
So, does anyone know how i could get the permanent marker off without ruining the board? I really can't be arsed going back to staples to buy another one lol.
...i accept that this makes me seem a bit dim, but i think you all knew that anyway

Nail varnish remover. Or failing that, vodka!
Not sure what it'll do to the board, but it should be okay. I'll buy you a new one if I'm wrong

Failing either of those, colour the whole thing black (so it's a blackboard) and use white markers to write on it from now on. Or maybe not.
Thanks guys. In the end, i managed to use Gerri's idea of rubbing the wipeboard pen over it and clearing some of it, then used nail varnish remover to give it a clean. Now it looks shiny and new!
yeah, but drink enough of it, and you wouldnt care about permanent marker.

Are you mental??? Wasting vodka to clean things. Good grief!
I was gonna suggest toothpaste - it removes it from tiles, so thought it might remove it from your whiteboard but seeing as you've cleaned it now, it doesn't matter
